The Soft Work Method is a structured, 8-week cohort designed to strengthen men’s emotional capacity, resilience and relational leadership—inside and outside of work.
Build by a man who did the work
Soft Work was created by John from his own lived experience of experiencing trauma, frustration, disappointment and suppressed emotion all while maintaining a dated idea of how a man should act and respond. What started out as a healing journey out of necessity became a roadmap to help other men. What you see in this program is shaped by what he’s navigated personally and what he’s witnessed men struggle to name, carry and change. With the Soft Work Method - we’ll do it together.
